Co-curated by Lemony S Puppet Theatre and La Mama Theatre and supported by The City of Melbourne, the festival will host a children’s program during the day and a night program for adult audiences. New to the 2017 festival will be the ‘Avenue of Booths’, which, as the name suggests, is an avenue of puppet booths filling the La Mama forecourt and presenting 10 minute shows in each booth.
Their definition of ‘what make as a puppet show’ is very wide.
